At Rehmat Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it.

Return & Exchange Period

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any product.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after the returned product is received and checked.
• Refunds may take 5–7 working days to process.

Exchange

• If you wish to exchange a product, you can choose another item of the same or higher value (price difference will apply).
